The evening will begin with an exclusive oyster masterclass in the Mural Bar. Led by Wright Brothers’ co-founder, Robin Hancock, guests will learn to shuck, taste, and pair the perfect oyster.

 

After the masterclass, enjoy a curated seafood dinner by our Group Executive Head Chef, Benjamin Mellor. Celebrate the freshest catches, perfectly paired with handpicked wines from our Head Sommelier, Yann Prigent.
